What does Jetstream cost?
The free alpha includes the core career experience described on this site: airline employment, routes and rosters, live flight tracking, flight settlement, rank progression, airline mastery, and cabin-announcement controls. Alpha software can change, and availability is not a promise of permanent future pricing.

These are first-party catalog values as of August 14, 2026. The in-app store and Stripe Checkout show the authoritative product, currency, and final amount before payment. This page should be rechecked whenever the catalog changes.
Do purchases buy a flight grade?
No purchase can substitute for flying and settling the leg. The server still checks simulator evidence and returns the authoritative grade and result. Some optional items can change available in-app resources or the rate at which XP is earned, but they do not let the desktop app claim a grade or completed flight.
How are payments handled?
Stripe Checkout processes card details. Jetstream does not store card numbers or payment credentials. It receives the payment status and product metadata needed to fulfill the purchase and keeps non-card fulfillment records such as checkout ID, product keys, amount, currency, and account ID.
Purchases are tied to the Jetstream account and are delivered after payment confirmation. The app rechecks unfinished purchases when the store opens so an interrupted checkout can be recovered.
What if a paid item is missing?
Sign in to the purchasing account and open the store so Jetstream can recheck unfinished fulfillment. If the paid item still does not appear, use the in-app feedback action within 14 days of the charge. A missing item can be re-granted or refunded; duplicate charges are refundable. Other delivered digital items are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
